This is not an apartment. It is a bedroom only, with a shared bathroom with a couple of the other rooms on the floor. There is no kitchen in the building (bedroom with a shared bath only). The rent includes heat and electricity. No pets, no smoking inside the building. $850 a month. Ideal for someone simply looking for an affordable place to live and doesn't need a ton of space.
