Shared kitchen, dining room and living space on first floor, with access to an upper and lower deck. Garage space available for storage. Driveway and ample street parking available. House is shared with 3 other people--all working professionals, 2 in our early/mid 30s, 1 in their late 20s-- and a mid-sized border collie mix dog (no other pets please.) Great neighborhood with proximity to several parks, coffee shops, Kenton library, thrifting, bars, multiple bus lines and the yellow line. It's a pretty mellow area + house and we're seeking a roommate who enjoys a chill environment. Ideal roommate is in their late 20s/early 30s as well. Rent is $625/month plus utilities. First month + security deposit required upon move in. Move-in October 1st (but room can be available as early as Sun 9/28, if needed.)
