Room available in a sweet share home just off Broadway! A note to couples / pet owners: Five people in five rooms is the sweet spot in this house, so no couples or extra humans. As far as pets go, we're not looking to add a cat to the mix (allergies), or any animals who might try to venture outside when the front door's open. We're a home of twentysomething to fortysomething folks with a range of interests, who converge on the important things, like a belief that everyone deserves kindness and respect, regardless of where they're from or how they identify . . . We're located near Broadway and 20th, close to I-5 and the 84, Hollywood District, max and bus lines, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, gyms, etc. Ridiculously close-in and convenient spot :) Rent is 490 a month. Deposit is 490. Utilities - water, gas, electric, and internet - are split five ways monthly (around 150 max in the winter). Term is month-to-month. We're interested in kind and considerate folks who pay their bills without prompting. Must be reasonably clean and mindful of your impact in an old shared home. And while we all enjoy our personal space, we also enjoy having people around who we can shoot the breeze with in the common areas sometimes. Friendliness goes a long way!
