Hello! We’re two working professionals who travel a fair bit and treat home as a calm, beautiful base. The house sits by Corona Heights Park, right across from the Randall Museum. The room: fully furnished, Tempur-Pedic king bed, proper work setup (desk, ergonomic chair, external monitor, speakers), lots of storage, and your own en-suite bathroom. The home: a three-story space with an open living/dining area and wall-to-wall windows, a sunny balcony, fireplace, a TV/gym room, and a small backyard with plants. In-unit washer/dryer, renovated kitchen with dishwasher and a very serious espresso setup. Street/garage parking nearby, and it’s about 6 minutes walk to Castro MUNI. Vibe: thoughtful, tidy, music-and-arts friendly. We like a house that feels welcoming: cook sometimes, keep volumes reasonable, water the plants, say hi in the kitchen. Queer-friendly, kind-human friendly. Rent & details: $2,600/mo + utilities (~$200/mo on average). Move-in around Oct 1; timing is flexible. If this sounds like home: Tell us a bit about yourself: what you’re working on, your weekday rhythm (WFH/office), what you value in a shared home, ideal move-in date, and any questions. If you feel like it, include a favorite album or book rec; we love discovering new things. Thanks for reading!
