In-unit washer/dryer, renovated kitchen with dishwasher and a very serious espresso setup. Street/garage parking nearby, and it’s about 6 minutes walk to Castro MUNI. Vibe: thoughtful, tidy, music-and-arts friendly. We like a house that feels welcoming: cook sometimes, keep volumes reasonable, water the plants, say hi in the kitchen.
