We have great south exposure and tons of sun, ocean views, an orchard of fruit trees, organic veggie beds, pool, hot tub, chicken coop, and hiking trails right off the property. If you love the documentary “the biggest little farm” you might be the perfect fit. Us: We love to travel and do a variety of sports including mountain biking, climbing, surfing, yoga, etc. We have a 6 yr old daughter and a lab-border collie. You: The ideal tenant would be laid back, active, responsible and fun to live next door to. Sorry, no dogs allowed because ours only likes people, Cats are all good.
