Property manager and maintenance are solid and we haven’t had any issues having things fixed or with communication. Connected to Fremont Ave N bike thoroughfare. BEDROOM: Large unfurnished bedroom with private bathroom, private balcony, large closet, sliding glass doors to balcony. Lots of natural light. Current tenant is not scent-free but bedroom could be kept scent-free. Some scents will be utilized in common spaces, mostly candles after cleaning. Couples will be considered.
