And you can reach downtown Boston in 10 minutes by car. We are looking for a roommate who is also a working professional, clean, respectful, and easy-going. You’ll share the apartment with two other working female professionals who live on separate floors. The second floor has a total of 2 1/2 rooms, one of which is fully furnished, and a full private bathroom that is not attached to any of them. A single room (furnished or unfurnished) with a private bathroom on the 2nd floor is available for rent for $1,500 per month, excluding utilities. You would be the only occupant on the second floor and have access to your own private bathroom. Need more space as an office, lounge area or storage? The whole second floor can be yours for $1,800 per month. Tenants split the cost of gas, heat, and internet, usually totaling under $100 per month, depending on usage. The landlord is responsible for the cost of water. You will have access to a shared kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and one off-street parking spot. There’s also plenty of street parking for visitors. Preference is given to long-term arrangements, but short-term options will also be considered.
