The house, the kitchen, and the room are furnished as demonstrated in the pictures. The room comes with private toilet and sink. It is close to Wonderland Train station that goes straight to Downtown Boston. You can switch any train line from there. The location is great. You can also get to Logan Airport, Chelsea, Melrose, Malden, Everett, and Winthrop in less than 10 min. There are plenty of bars and restaurants that definitely a fun place if you love beach. It comes with; - Double bed, study desk, library, night stand - High speed wifi internet - Dish washer - Laundry and dryer in the unit - Smart/Cable TV - AC Short and long terms are okay but long term preferable. It is month to month contract. I am looking for someone who is responsible, clean, quiet and respectful. Other two roommates are professionals in their 20's and early 30's working full time.
