$1,200 / 1br - Looking for roommate in Germantown (Nashville)

Looking for a roommate in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment at The Flats at Taylor Place in Germantown. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, common living areas will be shared. I have all the kitchen utensils and supplies that you may need. The complex as a gym, pool, rooftop, community area(perfect for get togethers). There are plenty of things to do in neighborhood that are walkable(breweries, restaurants, bars, shopping). Rent is $1200/month plus around another $130 or so for utilities. Can be short or long term I’m pretty laid back. Don’t expect you to be a neat freak, but clean up after yourself and take care of my things. I currently mostly work 2nd shift(5pm-12am or so?), so will be gone most nights. I do have a Chihuahua that is well behaved, friendly, but will take time to warm up
