The room has 2 door entrance, which gives you the option of blocking off the one to the main living room and having a more private entrance, as it is right by the front door. I am a 34 yr old mom who works full time Mondays- Thursdays. I have 2 kids, 5 and 11 that go to school Monday-Friday. So we are all out of the house by 8. My daughter is here every other weekend and my son is here full time. I'm a busy bee and like to get out of the house a lot. So you would definitely have your quite time in our shared space, even with 2 kids in the space. We have had roommates for 10 yrs and are used to sharing our space. Really looking for someone who enjoys the company of kids and communal living. I'm a single mom, who has worked hard to maintain this space for my children for the last 10 yrs. Looking for someone to appreciate it and become a friend😊 My greatest roommate used to make meals with me and have dinner with us, stuff like that. We love community, and this little town is the best of em! Great piece of property with lots of outdoor space, big driveway, firepit, some storage available, washer/dryer and another unit on the property (my mother lives there). Our house only has 1 bathroom, but the kids and I can always use my mom's 😉 We have 1 cat, working on getting my chicken coop back in order soon and my mom has a dog. 1,200 a month 1,200 deposit Plus utilities (wi-fi, electric, gas) Varies throughout the year due to weather changes, but between 50-200 $ a month.
