Namaste. We have one room available in our beautiful newly remodeled home as a house share near downtown Santa Fe. A chance to have both community but also enjoy your personal space— Each room has a lock for privacy. It is within minutes from Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and Albertsons. Each spacious room is an excellent home to set up a "work from home" situation. Have your morning coffee and relax in the evenings on the beautiful patios. The space has excellent WIFI and desk/tables for working at home. There’s a lovely modern kitchen and a large dining/living room. The entire house is fully furnished. There are awesome landlords/house managers who live nearby and have been managing peaceful house shares in Santa Fe since 2013! Included in the monthly rental are cleanings—all of the common areas are professionally cleaned every two weeks. Room has a big closet with dresser drawers, 2 windows, and an incredible en-suite bathroom. All utilities are all included—wifi, cable tv, electricity, water, gas. The house has great insulation and a large fenced in yard with beautiful views. Single occupancy only. All tenants are screened for good credit and a clean background check. There are some good common sense house rules regarding the common areas. This house is treated as a sanctuary where each tenant can experience peace and relaxation. Quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
