As a Batcher, you will be a crucial part of our production process, responsible for preparing, weighing, and mixing raw materials to create finished products according to precise recipes and specifications. Responsibilities: Accurately measure and weigh ingredients based on batch formulas. Operate and monitor mixing, blending, and other processing equipment. Perform quality control checks on raw materials and finished products during the batching process. Keep detailed and accurate records of production logs, including materials used and equipment settings. Follow all company safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures. Troubleshoot and report any issues with equipment or batch quality to a supervisor. Assist with other production-related duties as needed. We will provide on the job training.
