RESPONSIBILITIES of the Chauffer
Chauffer is the direct representation of the company, providing high end service to clients. The Chauffeur is responsible for transporting the company’s clients in a professional, accommodating, courteous and efficient manner while providing safe driving and comfort to the client at all times. Provide a positive experience for all clients.
*Maintain the highest level of appearance inside and outside of the vehicle.
*Respect clients privacy and confidentiality.
*Provide a safe, smooth and comfortable ride.
*Maintain vehicle cleanliness. Responsible for daily Vehicle inspection.
*Keep in constant communication with Dispatch reporting anything out of the ordinary such as accidents, vehicle problems, delays or changes, additional costs, extra stops, etc.
*Respond in a timely and professional manner to the Dispatcher’s questions, directions and run or schedule changes.
*Interact with businesses, companies or entities such as hotels, casinos, airports, performance venues and security personal in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
*Know the local area and be familiar with routes and traffic patterns.
Experience and Qualifications
Prefer 3 years professional driving experience driving in the geographic area.
Must have insurable driving record (NO DUI) Minimum age is 23 Must have valid Class C drivers license,
Ability to follow Dispatch instructions in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Willingness to go above and beyond for clients needs.
Must be able to regularly sit, walk and lift luggage of at least 50 pounds.
Must have the ability to understand Google Maps.
Must be willing to wear Full Suit and Tie
Must be able to pass background and drug test
Must be available to work weekends
Must have smart phone
Must have hands Free device
