What We Offer: $3,500–$4,000 net weekly average after fuel & fixed costs (current OOs average $3,630 net/week on steady lanes) 70% of gross linehaul revenue 100% of fuel surcharge $5,000 Sign-On Bonus – paid in 4 quarterly payments Weekly direct deposit via ACH No forced dispatch Steady freight with a key national refrigerated account Backhauls arranged to minimize deadhead miles Fuel card available (discounted fuel, pass-through cost – no markup) Mercury-provided insurance under our authority: Auto liability – $1,000,000 Cargo – $100,000 Assistance available for Bobtail & Trailer Interchange coverage Plates, permits, and IFTA filing handled by Mercury Detention & layover pay – 100% to you Escrow fund capped at $1,500 (weekly $50 until reached) Predictable fixed deductions – ~$710/week (excluding fuel) Requirements: Valid Class A CDL 1+ year CDL-A driving experience Reliable and well-maintained tractor (reefer experience preferred) Ability to operate under Mercury’s authority Willingness to run multi-stop reefer freight nationwide Must meet all DOT standards Why Mercury Transport?
