Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate overhead hoist and any other equipment necessary to perform duties. Able to operate a forklift and pallet jack. Key Responsibilities As a Graphics Operator, you will be an integral part of the live event production crew, working in both the broadcast control room and the arena to bring our events to life. Manage and oversee the quality control of all digital signage content, including ribbons, scoreboards, and other visual installations. Operate and maintain graphics systems to display content accurately and effectively, following direction from the Show Producer or Technical Director. Collaborate effectively with the Technical Director, Video Engineer, and Show Director to coordinate the timely display of graphics during events. Prepare and organize media content for digital displays in advance of live events. Conduct tests and rehearsals on control room systems prior to major events to ensure optimal performance. Ensure accurate tracking and fulfillment of sponsored content and advertising assets. Archive footage from live events and respond to footage requests as needed. Diligently monitor and troubleshoot graphics systems to address any issues during live productions.
