Earn up to $.70cpm based on experience At 90 days, we will increase your pay $.05/mile based on performance! We are seeking Class A Drivers who are interested in a welcoming home that offers excellent earning potential. Guaranteed 34 hour reset at HOME weekly (try to make it weekends but not guaranteed) Operation in VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV Automatic 2019 and newer Freightliners Dedicated Account 3 trailers a week on average Pets and Riders allowed one day 1!! Requirements 3 Months OTR or Regional in the last 36 months  No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 12 months  Can never have failed or refused a DOT Drug/Alcohol test – no SAP drivers. No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years No DUI/Felonies/Misdemeanors in the past 5 years Max number of jobs based on experience: 6-12 months no more than 4 jobs in the last year  12-24 months no more than 6 jobs in the last 24 months   24+ no more than 8 jobs in the last 36 months  Benefits Drivers are paid $.60 - $.73 CPM $1000 week sign on bonus $250 Unload Pay $125 weekly bonus (3 trailers unloaded) Fleet average is $1750 - $2200 week Full benefits including medical, dental, vision after 30 days
