Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with and perform troubleshooting on electrical and Ethernet cabling using common tools Create wiring harnesses/assemblies from engineering drawings Assemble and maintain new test racks and mini racks Load software and configuration onto test racks and mini racks Troubleshoot test rack and mini rack issues including physical connections, miswiring, software load issues and software configuration issues Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of lab hardware and assets Perform other job-related duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 6+ years of experience as an engineering lab technician, assemble/repair line tech or related professional experience 2+ years of experience building cables and/or other electromechanical assemblies Working knowledge of electronic and electromechanical components Skilled in use of lab instruments (multimeter, etc.) Knowledge of software operating systems, such as Windows and Linux Benefits The starting pay range for this position is $28.00/hr to $33.00/hr, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift reasonable amounts of weight, and spend significant portions of your workday on your feet.
