Parx Home Health Care is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team.  $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS after 90 days for FT and 128 points for PRN. The home health therapist will be responsible for providing high quality and coordinated care to patients in their homes and communities. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-care techniques to reduce the chances of relapse or recurring injuries. Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with state and national regulations. Requirements What we expect from you: Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program with a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida. Minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a home health care setting. Demonstrated ability to create effective physical therapy treatment plans that promote patient recovery. Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger healthcare team. Ability to read and interpret physician orders and implement treatment according to orders.
