As Project Manager, you will play a central role in planning and executing credit union software conversions, collaborating with diverse teams and maintaining high service standards. Accountabilities: Lead and coordinate core software conversion projects from planning to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Define project scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements in alignment with client expectations. Develop and manage detailed project plans and conversion schedules. Assign and oversee responsibilities among project staff, facilitating team coordination and support. Monitor and track deliverables using project management tools and methodologies. Travel to client sites for project initiation and onsite support during conversions. Report on project progress and escalate significant issues to Senior Management as needed. Adapt to changes and implement solutions to keep projects on course. Perform other project-related duties as assigned. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or financial services sector. 1–2 years of experience in credit unions, banking, or fintech is a strong plus. Strong skills in resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and project scheduling. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Comfortable traveling to client sites and working in a client-facing environment. Bachelor’s degree in a non-technical discipline, or equivalent experience through training or industry-specific instruction. PMP certification is preferred but not required.
