Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Systems Operations team. This role will be instrumental in managing both internal and external projects, with a significant focus on application development and system implementations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage internal and external projects from initiation to closure. Oversee application development projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements. Manage the full lifecycle of platform deployments. Drive the adoption and change management processes for new systems and applications. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and procedure writing. Assist with systems procurement, including vendor selection and contract negotiation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.\ Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external clients. Comfortable using AI tools to enhance project efficiency and outcomes. Experience with Cybersecurity is a plus. Requirements Proven experience in project management, including managing internal and external projects. Experience with application development projects. Strong understanding of platform deployment processes. Demonstrated ability in adoption and change management. Excellent documentation and procedure writing skills. Familiarity with software development lifecycles in Agile/Scrum frameworks Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable utilizing AI for project management tasks.
