We’re looking for an Associate Producer to help keep our projects running smoothly while supporting our creative and production teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to gain hands-on experience managing a large number of social content productions every month, whether in-studio or on location. You’ll work closely with senior producers and cross-discipline teams across Creative, Account, Project Management, Design, and Legal, helping coordinate resources, manage schedules, and make sure every project—from concept to delivery—runs on time and at the highest quality. *Applicants must be legally able to work in the USA. Primary Responsibilities Social Content Production: Manage a high volume of social media content shoots each month, coordinating studio and location productions, talent, and creative teams to deliver engaging, polished content. Project Support: Assist in the end-to-end production process for a wide variety of content, including video, photography, digital media, experiential activations, and product-based projects. Documentation: Maintain clear pre-production materials, specifications, and production notes to ensure every team member has what they need to succeed. Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution, including areas like animation, editing, studio services, and physical fabrication. Partner Management: Help source, vet, and manage external vendors and production partners, ensuring the right talent is available for each project. Scope & Budget Support: Assist in tracking project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and communicate updates clearly to keep projects on track. Quality & Standards: Support senior producers in maintaining production quality, recommending tools, partners, and approaches to elevate work wherever possible. Compliance & Legal: Work with Business Affairs to ensure productions meet legal and compliance requirements. Requirements 2–3 years of agency or production experience, ideally with experience in social content or high-volume production environments. Experience with line production, including coordinating crews, schedules, and logistics for studio or location shoots. Passion for planning and executing creative projects, with a strong eye for detail. Practiced in project scheduling, resource management, and tracking multiple projects at once. Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems on the fly, and maintain composure under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams. Experience using tools like Microsoft Office, Slack, and Smartsheets (or similar). Organized, proactive, and motivated to see projects through from start to finish. A portfolio or examples of work demonstrating experience managing content production is a plus. Utilize tools/equipment such as pneumatic cutter, electric drill, degas machine, and formation machine. Perform PC Board Soldering per specifications and instructions. Load cells into test fixtures, set-up and execute electrical cell tests. Measure cells using mass scale, digital multi-meter, and caliper. Perform visual inspections to identify and evaluate potential defects. Identify and escalate failures or unexpected behaviors to the Engineering Team within defined response time.
