$914 / 2br - URGENT Looking for tenant to sublease ASAP (Gainesville)

Hi! I am looking to sublease my bedroom at The Laurels Apartment Complex ASAP . Rent is $914 a month not including utilities. I paid the rent for September so looking for a tenant to possibly move in before the end of September . I am willing to pay half of the rent for October. It is a Master bedroom with a walk in closet and bathroom. The complex has valet trash pickup. The apartment has upgraded finishes and a fenced back patio. It has a large washer and dryer in the apartment. There is a nature preserve / hiking trail right next to the apartment ( literally 10 feet away) Perfect for those who want a quiet space to hear the birds. Amenities of the complex include a 24 hour gym with everything you need and a sauna. There is a pool and grills. There is also a tennis court and a dog park in the complex. There is a free car cleaning station as well. The complex mostly consists of graduate students and families. I made great friend and the neighbors are kind. Maintenace is also reliable since the complex is not that big. I have furniture in the room currently but can take it out if you dont want to use it. I do have a roommate who is a graduate student in a science program. We would both have to speak with you before agreeing to the sublease! 🙂
