Hello! Iâm Candy. Thank you for looking at my post for a roommate! NOTE: This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is in the Mall 205/Gateway area in East Portland. And temporary residence is fine, if you need that. ********************** SEARCHING FOR A ROOMMATE WHO: - Works a steady 8-5 job, 5 days per week, out of the house - Is a non-smoker (of anything) - Has no pets - Works a steady 8-5 job, 5 days per week, out of the house ********************** Also, I need someone who generally spends their at-home time in the kitchen, dining room or bedroom as I work from home and had to take the living room as my office. (There is a desk in your room, but you are also welcome to work on your computer/phone in the dining room if youâd like.) I want my roommate to be happy here! Please tell me what you need? What are your requirements/desires for a roommate/living situation? I care! I bend over backwards to be a great roommate and do everything feasible to meet my roommate's needs. ********************** About the apartment: 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Upstairs Your bedroom is large and furnished, with your own private bathroom with tub and shower Your room has a great queen-sized bed and desk with office chair Clean and quiet Small complex (30 units) Residential neighborhood Mall 205/Gateway area (where Highway 205 and Highway 84 converge) Sorry, no animals and not 420-friendly ********************** Expenses: Rent is $795 per month, including utilities Refundable deposit is $600 Key deposit is $30 Month-to-month (No lease and short-term is OK) Includes utilities - Electricity, Water, Garbage. Please note there is no cable TV; I use an antenna for local channels. Also includes Internet (Wi-Fi), but if you stream a lot, we may go over the usage limit. If so, itâs not expensive, but I will ask that you pay it. Also, to use the Internet, you need to have virus protection on your computer/phone. (If not, I can add you to my McAfee for free.) Regarding utilities: In winter, I keep the heat low to save on the electric bill. I wear sweats and socks and turn on the heater only if that doesn't cut it. (There is an electric "throw" blanket on your bed.) I wouldn't be happy with someone cranking up the heat all the time, unless they were willing to pay for it. That said, I also want you to be comfortable. Letâs discuss this and make sure we are compatible? ********************** Please remember I need a roommate who: - Works a steady 8-5 job, 5 days per week, out of the house - Is a non-smoker (of anything) - Has no pets ********************** What else? This isn't all about me. Tell me what your concerns are? I'm open to your suggestions and needs! If you think we look like a match, message me with your phone number? When I get your message, Iâll contact you and we can discuss the possibility of being roommates! Thank you again! ~ Candy Keywords: Adventist Hospital, Providence Hospital, Highway 205, Highway 84, Mall 205, MAX, Bus, Public Transit, Clean, Quiet, Small Complex
