NO City, State or local hotel taxes or fees for this stay which amounts to 12% of the total charge if purchased from the outside. No Airbnb or VRBO fees. No cleaning fees if left in clean condition. To reserve the week, please send a non-refundable deposit for $200 to me. You can then pay the remaining balance of $3,795 at anytime before or during your stay here. As soon as I receive the deposit, I will email you the confirmation from the resort. I will also add your name to the reservation before check-in. I also have some 1-bedroom condos available in the town of Park City during the same week (Friday – Friday and Saturday – Saturday). Check-in is on the day of arrival at 4:00 PM till 10:00 PM and check-out is one week later at 10:00 AM. This is my timeshare unit, that I am not able to use myself this year.
