The master bedroom has a queen bed and a queen ( very comfortable) pullout couch in the sitting area with water views, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, third bedroom has full size comfortable futon. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with water views, a 30ft waterfront deck with gas grill, screen house and outdoor dining table, a swing set, 2 kayaks, rowboat, bikes and a treehouse large enough to sleep in! Also a raspberry patch in bloom the whole month of July and a vegetable garden to pick from. Wifi. In respect to our neighbors, we have a 10p -7a outdoor quiet time policy. It is an easy 10 minute walk into historic downtown Portsmouth. Known for its colorful history, fabulous restaurants, thriving art community, many live music venues, theaters and galleries, unique shopping, museums, parks and playgrounds. A wonderful farmers market is available May-Oct. A 5 minute walk will take you to a locally owned wine and cheese shop, fish market featuring local fish, a lobster pound, numerous playgrounds and Prescott Parks summer arts festival, chili cook off, and chowder fest. Hop on a bike and take a 15 minute ride to the beaches and old forts of New Castle or visit the historic Wentworth by the Sea hotel. Don't forget to visit our sister city Kittery, Maine.
