It is also only a few blocks from the Higway 17 onramp and just below the UC campus. Included in the rent are the utilities (PG&E, water, garbage etc.) and Wi-Fi. Security deposit of $1000 and last month's rent of $2800 required up front. Then first month's rent prior to moving in.
