Looking to sublet my room in Beacon Hill (flexible move-in but ideally sometime within the next few months or so)! This would be for 1 bedroom within a 2bed/1 bath apartment. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and my room is above the alcove so there is very little street noise. It's a very pretty apartment and location. Option to resign the lease (lease cycle restarts Sep 2026!) I have loved living here and am very sad to be leaving 🙁 Rent is $1600/month, including heat & hot water! We have a dishwasher & garbage disposal, a very responsive maintenance team and directly next door to a laundromat (with always-available machines), plus a wash and fold service! pic of room below!
