Minimum 3 years of previous leadership, supervisor, or lead experience with increasing responsibility in a customer order fulfillment environment. High School Diploma Required. Bachelor Degree preferred but not required. Proven record of implementing lean initiatives, waste reduction and process improvement. Open to schedule flexible, or adjustments to hours as business dictates. Excellent leadership and strong interpersonal skills. A proven coach and motivator, with a strong customer service orientation for customer. Must possess a strong desire to teach and coach teams to success. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed. Inventory control experience and experience with scanning equipment. Proficient in Microsoft and warehouse management systems. Ability to lift, slide and lower packages up to 40 lbs.
