ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team in Neenah, WI. In this role, you will: Repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery Work with electrical, boilers, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and other production machines and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical devices Work from blueprints, electrical schematics, operational manuals, and manufacturer's specification Perform general maintenance operations Pay: $24-$28 an hour, based on experience. $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift. $1,000 sign-on bonus after 30 days! 2nd Shift Schedule: 12pm-8:30pm; Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends as needed. Education and Experience: Associate’s degree (or current enrollment in a technical school) in Facilities Maintenance (or similar) and 1-3 years’ related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair is required; or equivalent in related experience. Incumbent must be detail-oriented, dependable, and have a positive attitude.
