We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator in NYC to oversee afternoon and evening operations for our storage facility and vans. This role blends inventory management, van organization,and after-hours support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping our vans, keys, storage, and local inventory in top condition while being available to respond to urgent needs. What you will focus on: Inventory & Storage Operations Pick daily orders  Stock, unbox, and restock supplies. Monitor inventory levels and support Kanban system updates. Organize and optimize storage layout for efficiency. Manage inbound and outbound inventory flow. Assemble kits for operational needs. Key & Access Management Maintain key cabinets and track key usage. Coordinate key copying as needed. Ship keys for courier requests and provide lockout support until Fleet Management & Maintenance Manage parking spots for company vans. Perform daily restocking, cleaning, and orderliness of van interiors. Conduct turnover inspections, including photos, ratings, and compliance submissions. Spot check inventory and complete weekly full van audits Record and report any damage, updating fleet status accordingly. Additional Duties Support laundry processing as required. Provide after-hours operational support for urgent needs. Requirements: Prior experience in inventory, stocking, or operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently  Basic tech savviness  Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, moving, and walking throughout a shift. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. Position Responsibilities • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Comply with all federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to occupational safety. Be a leader and expert on safety requirements and ensure the team is following rules and regulations. • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards by conducting regular checks and inspections during the production process. Take corrective actions when necessary to ensure products meet specifications and comply with regulatory requirements. • Equipment Operation: Operate assigned machinery and equipment according to the established procedures and guidelines. This may include but it is not limited to production machines, manufacturing tools, assembly lines, or computer-controlled systems. • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment, to ensure proper functionality and prevent breakdowns. Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or issues promptly and efficiently. • Production Efficiency: Optimize equipment by adjusting settings, monitoring production rates, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Minimize downtime by anticipating maintenance needs and coordinating with maintenance staff as required. • Training Expertise: Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training for Production Operator 1 and 2 team members, and as well as other positions as needed. • Leadership: Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate production operators to achieve high performance. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment performance, and any incidents or deviations. Complete production reports, logs, and other required documentation as per standard operating procedures. • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. Share knowledge, insights, and best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives. • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that materials and equipment are properly stored, and waste is disposed appropriately. Ensure the team is working in a clean and neat manner as well. • Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies. Safely transport materials to designated area using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks. Organize and store materials in designated locations for easy retrieval and inventory control. • Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks, with appropriate certifications if required. • Perform other duties as assigned and work in other areas as see needed. Position Requirements • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to operate and troubleshoot various types of equipment. • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to equipment operation and maintenance. • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately. • Good problem-solving to detail and the ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey information clearly. • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment. • Compliance with health and hygiene standards, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Your will be working inside newly built extravagant homes in luxurious Phoenix area communities. We design, manufacture, and install premium Euro-Style cabinetry and wood millwork products (see pics). This position is the most important step in our process - the highly professional installation of our custom cabinetry and wood millwork. Advanced technology is used whenever possible. This includes self leveling Visi-Lasers, 3D-Printed scribe tools, advanced plinth leveling systems, magnetic kicks, lifting jacks, and so on. You are provided a WiFi/Cell Tablet to access company drawings, job details, punch items, and so on. Qualified techs are often provided a high roof van as a company vehicle. Because of the size of these homes, work is done one room at a time. The products are protective wrapped and delivered right to the room (see pics). You might also install kitchen islands, ceiling beams, decorative panels, bars, even a bunk bed system.
