CNC Programmer Job Description and Requirements: The CNC Milling Programmer responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining CNC Programs for component parts. Write, develop, and edit CNC programs. Create setup instructions for CNC operators. Study customer drawings, work orders, and specifications to ensure accurate setup sequences. Keep detailed records for equipment and procedures. Collaborate with project coordinators and the design team on project drawings. Manage and organize the CAD drawing library for ongoing projects. Other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will have the following skills: Three-five years of CNC programming experience, the ability to read customer drawings, process and technical procedures and adhere to company and governmental regulations. Requirements 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally including some team or project coordination High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry, order processing, and inventory management. Familiarity with ERP systems or similar inventory management software. Ability to navigate messaging platforms and communication tools for customer inquiries and vendor follow-ups Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize workload with strong attention to detail.
