Check out our web page https://www.inproduction.com/ As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction, here is what you can expect: Daily Routine of scaffolding structures at some fascinating professional venues like football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks for example. You can expect to see much of the work we completed while watching a game or event on tv. Crews which you will be assigned to will be no more than 5 employees and will travel from job to job together as a crew. Full Time, Consistent and Year-Round Work without having to wonder when or if the next assignment is coming. Work Environment is generally outdoors so you will be in the sun and fresh air while building. Overnight Travel will be the routine and you can be away from home for 90+ days at a time. Travel Accommodations and hotel lodging will be arranged and provided by InProduction. We stay two crew members to a room. Hotel rooms will usually have small kitchens so you can prepare meals. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Build and breakdown scaffolds, install ladders, walkways and handrails Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project specific plans and layouts Inspecting all scaffold components prior to assembly Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials Load and unload equipment and materials form truck and vehicles Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules Other duties as required Compensation: $18 and above. This position is located in the fantastic city of Buellton, CA, and is a full-time opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Communicate well with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and effective production process. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and equipment and facilities are operated safely and correctly. Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a positive, willing attitude and work well within a group. Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift reasonable amounts of weight, and spend significant portions of your workday on your feet. Must be able to work a regular 40-hour week with scheduled overtime, including some evening/weekend shifts. Position Summary – Thermal Operations Manager The Manager ofThermal Operations will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operational functions of Vivid’s Thermal Spray operations in Santa Clara— including equipment maintenance, processing, manufacturing, applicable technological innovation, implementation of 6-sigma and lean tools. Key Responsibilities Production, Processing and Manufacturing Oversight • Lead and manage thermal spray production operations to ensure timely delivery, consistent quality, and cost efficiency. • Develop and maintain production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Maintenance and Reliability • Supervise Thermal Spray operations facility and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life. • Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Continuous Improvement & Quality • Work with quality management systems and corrective actions to reduce defects and rework. • Support standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices throughout thermal operations. Qualifications • Strongly prefer leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in technically demanding environments. • Experience and strong abilities to troubleshoot, install and maintain industrial equipment including air Compressors, dust collectors, motors, and a willingness to trouble shoot thermal coating equipment. • Strong understanding of facilities electrical and plumbing installation and maintenance. • Strong technical understanding of surface treatments, paints, or precision finishing processes, or similar processes required. • Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred • Detail-oriented, honest, transparent and resourceful. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering degree is preferred but not required.
