What You’ll Do: Assemble mechanical and electrical components for custom power wheelchairs Follow detailed assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders Use small hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices with precision Perform quality checks to ensure each product meets our high standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity Experience in assembly or light manufacturing is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right candidate Basic ability to read and interpret assembly drawings or schematics Minimum age: 18 Positive attitude, team player, and a solid work ethic Schedule & Pay: Flexible options: Choose four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days for full-time employment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, packaging, sanitation, and maintenance. Ensure efficient production scheduling and optimal resource utilization to meet output and quality targets. Implement and maintain best practices in food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, etc.). Lead, train, and develop production staff to foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture.
