POSITION SUMMARY The Material Handler will maintain an accurate inventory of parts and/or supplies at the designated locations and will be responsible for moving inventory to/from the receiving docks, expediting when appropriate. We’re currently looking for a Production Team Member for a wonderful company that has been in their industry for over 25 years. This position is located in the fantastic city of Buellton, CA, and is a full-time opportunity. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Some weekend and OT work will be required when necessary, and the pay rate for this position is $18 to $20 an hour (DOE). **This position requires a background check and drug test** Duties & Responsibilities: Participate in the handling, formulation, and production of raw ingredients and finished products. Work to ensure compliance with all regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Organize and maintain supplies and equipment, and help maintain a clean and sanitary facility by participating in cleaning protocols. Maintain accurate records, including production schedules, maintenance, cleaning, and inventory. Operate major equipment for the manufacturing and in-house transportation of dietary supplements and raw ingredients. Communicate well with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and effective production process. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and equipment and facilities are operated safely and correctly. Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have a positive, willing attitude and work well within a group. Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift reasonable amounts of weight, and spend significant portions of your workday on your feet. Must be able to work a regular 40-hour week with scheduled overtime, including some evening/weekend shifts. The Production Analyst (Entry-Level) supports the Plant Manager by monitoring production processes and driving data-informed efficiency improvements. This role involves establishing and adjusting key performance metrics, identifying performance trends, and collaborating with Production Supervisors to recommend improvements. The analyst will pull data from LN and Qlik, requiring strong Excel skills including pivot tables and V-lookups. Ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals.
