Now Hiring: CNC Operators - Second Shift Join our aerospace manufacturing team as a CNC Operator and play a key role in producing precision-machined metal parts that meet the highest industry standards. We are looking for dependable, skilled operators who are ready to contribute in a hands-on manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do: Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to create high-quality parts. Load and unload materials efficiently. Manufacture parts to required specifications and tight tolerances. Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.). Maintain accurate production records. Perform basic machine maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including wearing required PPE. Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required. Solid understanding of machining operations preferred. Basic understanding of machining operations preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, travelers, and blueprints. Mechanical aptitude and good shop math skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.. Able to work independently and collaborate with team members. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Effective verbal and written communication in English. Good eyesight, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills. Physical Demands: Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers. Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting. Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and use of fine motor skills. Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment. Available Shifts: Full-Time, Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Initial training will be conducted during Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for up to 90 days.
