Senior Inside Sales Representative (Evening & Weekend Shifts)  $25–$30/hour + Performance Bonuses  On-site – Berea, OH  Full-Time | Evening and/or Weekend Shifts Required Put your phone skills to work and get paid what you're worth—hourly. No games, just real pay for real work. Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths is hiring Senior Inside Sales Representatives for evening and weekend shifts at our Berea, OH call center. This is a high-level phone role for candidates who know how to get results and want a stable, high hourly wage—$25 to $30 per hour, plus the opportunity for discretionary bonuses based on performance. We provide warm, inbound leads from homeowners actively interested in home remodeling.
