We're looking for a Rockstar Sales & Design Consultant who can take clients from concept to completion—guiding homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors through the journey of transforming spaces with premium stone surfaces. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial consultation through final installation. Guide clients through the stone selection process, offering expert design advice and product education. Prepare and present project estimates. Communicate project timelines, expectations, and updates clearly and regularly. Collaborate with internal fabrication and installation teams to ensure project accuracy and on-time delivery. Build and maintain relationships with builders, designers, contractors, and other industry professionals. Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to drive new sales. Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, including occasional extended hours when projects demand it. What We're Looking For: A proven closer with a hunter mentality and an eye for design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for the design, home improvement, or construction industries. Self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and follows through. Willingness to go the extra mile, including occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs. A team player who wants to not only see themselves succeed but also the team and company as well. Preferred Qualifications but not required: Previous sales experience in the stone, countertop, or construction industry.
