Requirements We Are Looking For: Expertise in property valuation, market analysis, and effective listing strategies. Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using technology for marketing listings and managing client relationships. A results-driven professional with a commitment to integrity and client advocacy. Your Focus as a Listing Specialist: Secure new listings through proactive prospecting and networking. Conduct comprehensive listing presentations and market analyses. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for sellers' properties. Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to closing. Provide exceptional service and communication to seller clients. Utilize VYBE Realty’s tech and support to optimize your listing business. Qualifications: Demonstrated track record as a successful Listing Agent. In-depth knowledge of the Maryland real estate market, especially Howard County and surrounding areas (for Columbia focus). Strong business development and marketing skills. Self-starter with excellent organizational abilities.
