The Territory Sales Team Lead is a field position responsible for hiring, training, developing, and supervising a team of Territory Sales Representatives (“TSR") who go door-to-door, educating homeowners on gutter protection, and generating leads for the sales team. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits, an outstanding base pay, personal commissions, and team overrides. $75,000-$85,000+ On Track Earnings.
