Requirements Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the industrial electric motor or PT industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and foster trust. Technical background or understanding of electric motors, drives, and gearboxes is required. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a strong desire to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of managing individual workload.
