About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to drive growth by building meaningful relationships and delivering measurable results. As Director of Sales, you will focus on engaging new and existing clients—particularly in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry—and identifying ways STAT can bring value through our solutions. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is energized by the opportunity to shape the future of sales at a growing company. What You’ll Do: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the CPG and related industries Articulate our value proposition clearly in all proposals and presentations. Build strong, meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities in emerging markets, growth areas, and trends. Translate client challenges into actionable sales strategies and clear solution positioning Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Experience, and Product teams to support go-to-market success Participate in key sales initiatives including strategic account development, cross-selling, and upselling Stay informed on market trends and customer needs to inform outreach and engagement strategies Requirements Who You Are: Our team is high performing and self motivated - you should be too.
