Full-Time | Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commission. OTE $125,000 Looking to build your career in sales with a fast-paced, people-first company? We’re seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our outside sales team. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and achieving goals, this opportunity is for you. What You’ll Do: Identify and qualify new leads, prospects, and referrals to generate consistent monthly sales. Schedule and lead sales appointments to assess needs and present tailored service solutions. Build rapport and trust with potential clients to close deals and grow long-term partnerships. Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting activities. Maintain detailed and organized client information in the CRM system. Use warm calling and relationship-building strategies to engage with decision-makers. Maintain an active pipeline via your personal “Hot 25” prospects list. Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales process. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach. Requirements What You’ll Need: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 2–3 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets. A “hunter” mentality – self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven. Prior formal sales training (e.g., Sandler, Dale Carnegie) is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and follow-through. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
