About this role The Account Executive for the US will be responsible for developing and boosting our commercial efforts within the country. This role is responsible for managing the country’s customer pipeline. It includes leading Beeflow’s prospecting efforts across key crops (Blueberries, Cherries, Raspberries, Strawberries, and Apples), building and strengthening relationships with current and potential customers to generate new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and managing assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agribusiness and a proven track record in commercial management. Responsibilites Growing our customer base: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Be creative in leading and executing prospecting for our key crops ((Blueberries, Cherries, Raspberries, Strawberries, and Apples). Attend industry events & trade shows to promote pollination and Beeflow. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use CRM tools to plan, execute, and document sales and manage customer relationships. Lead sales efforts, including identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with growers based on trust, understanding their needs, and fostering mutual understanding. Work closely with customers to explore solutions to pollination and/or pollinator challenges. Follow up on service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction through superior crop pollination outcomes and services. Develop and execute a growth plan for current customers. Effective account management to grow our share of wallet with existing clients is key to Beeflow’s development in the region. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Account Executive in the almonds industry or related Business relationships in the Almond and/or Blueberries industry Experience working in startups or building operations/division/team from the ground. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
