Year old mixed dog free to good home (Hillsboro, OR)

I'm rehoming a dog for a family that is moving and cannot take her with. She's very sweet, a few months older than a year. Has had puppy shots but nothing beyond that. The downside is that she's never been trained at all. She jumps and doesn't know any commands. She's not aggressive with kids and people but has not been socialized with other dogs. Not aggressive around cats but very hyperactive and a bit too interested in making friends with them. She's lived off leash in a yard for most of her life. In my opinion she is smart and could be trained with an experienced person. Let me know if you have any other questions and I can relay them to the owners
