Seeking help! (Camas)

Hello! I need advice or suggestions on rescues or no kill shelters, due to very difficult circumstances in our family we have decided to surrender our two young dogs. I filled out the surrender forms for west Columbia gorge and they can only take one of our dogs but I still need to find a place a surrender the other. I will not even consider any shelters that kill. I’d love suggestions or recommendations for places in Washougal, camas, Vancouver or even Oregon. Thank you!!
