Rehoming Male Golden Retriever/German Shepherd/Rottweiler Mix (Tacoma)

2 year old Mother was a purebred Golden and the sire was a German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix. We are going through a divorce and I am unable to keep him. He was my husband's favorite, but he said to drop him at the pound but I am unwilling to do that. He's a great, loving dog and I really want a mutually great home for him. Since my soon-to-be ex has been gone, he's started misbehaving. He's been able to jump over our ~5ft chain link fence and run around the neighborhood 3 times in under 1.5 weeks. He's super sweet amd everyone likes him, but one neighbor has a vicious dog who has come into our propert and bitten people here. When we reported it, they placed a false report against our dogs as retaliation, so every time one gets out and they report it, it's a $250 fine per time per dog. So, I've had to put him on a chain. He and I hate it. He's high energy but very loving and playful. Really hoping he'll be a great dog for someone. He's neutered. Did excellent in basic training, but smart enough to still not do the command if he doesn't want to. No health concerns in any of the 3 dogs we have from the same litter. He was born into our home with young kids and does great with them. I've never seen him be aggressive. Worst is that he'll bump them over because he thinks he's a kid too. Grew up with 2 of his litter mates so is used to sharing and having companions. Oh, and he likes climbing the kids' swing set/playground, hanging out on the second story and sliding down the slide. Asking a $60 rehoming fee.
