Pied Cockatiel (fremont / union city / newark)

I am rehoming my three year old pied cockatiel. First picture he was young. Second picture is most recent. I took him to the vet and he is a healthy bird. My work schedule has increased and I need to downsize my birds. I want to find him a forever home. He eats pellets and green vegetables as his main diet. He is given out time on weekends when I am home from work. His wings are not clipped. He is fully flighted. He will not step up. I would keep him but I need to move and my current work load is too hig to give him the time and care he deserves. Please be willing to provide a forever home for this bird. Rehoming fee of $150.
