And stop Goddamn changing your resume to make it look like you're younger. I'm sick and tired of inviting job seekers in for an interview just to find they're in their 40's and 50's and sometimes in their 60's. No WAY in fuck God Hell would I even consider hiring someone that age. I'm looking for highly motivated / experienced people in their 20's and 30's who will bust ass and make me me more and more Goddamn money. Younger people with experience who don't mind being treated like shit at low pay. And fuck Jesus shit-eating Christ up the ass with ten foot pole NO if you think I'm going to train anyone who doesn't have the exact experience I want. This is not the 20th century !!! So if you're 40 or older and out of work NO US company is going to hire you so I suggest you kill yourself which is also what most of our politicians suggest as the cost of living continues to skyrocket so there's no way you can survive much longer. And no, age discrimination when hiring is not illegal in this country. Only if you are already working at a company. And when any of my employees turn 40, I lay them off with a few younger employees to make it look legit.
