sweet male puppy no shots not fixed around 5 months (chatham ave)

i’ve had him since he was about 1 month but sadly my other dog has been acting weird lately and hurt him pretty bad and i want the best for him and to make sure he lives out a good life he’s gonna be kinda tiny he is min pin mixed with some shepherd and i haven’t been able to fix or get his shots yet and i feel horrible about it.
