Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations in a client-facing role. Strong understanding of investment management workflows across front and back office (portfolio accounting, performance, trading, compliance). Proven ability to manage enterprise software projects with multiple stakeholders and technical components. Highly organized and self-sufficient with strong time management and prioritization skills. Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate with internal and external teams, including executive stakeholders. Quick learner with curiosity and adaptability to new technologies and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
